Abbreviations
RS. Right Side
ch. Chain
htr. Half Treble Crochet

Approx finished size:- 7 inches wide x 30 inches circumference
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn I have used:-
100 grams of Stylecraft Special DK yarn
5.50mm Clover Crochet Hook, brooch for decoration (optional)

Working in rounds without turning throughout
Make 123ch, making sure you don’t twist the chain length, ss to first ch to form a ring.
Round 1 – Make 1ch, (RS) work 1htr into base of 1ch, 1htr into each ch to end, ss to first htr on beginning of row. Turn. (123htr)
Round 2 – 1ch, htr into base of 1ch, 1htr into each htr to end, ss to first htr on beginning of row.
# Round 3 – 3ch, 1tr into each htr to end, ss to top of 3ch on ——- beginning of round. (122tr + 3ch)
Round 4 – 3ch, * fptr around next tr, bptr around next tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. (see abbrev for fptr and bptr)
Round 5 & 6 – Rpt Round 4.
Round 7 – 1ch, 1htr into base of 1ch, 1htr into each tr to end, ss to first htr on beginning of round.
Round 8 – 1ch, 1htr into base of 1ch, 1htr into each htr to end, ss to first htr on beginning of round. #
Rpt from # to # twice. Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in all loose ends of yarn and trim off.
