Crochet cobblestone beanie hat, it’s that time of year again to start thinking about gift giving with quick and easy projects, whether it be for your own family or friends or to sell to others for them to give to theirs. This hat is made using the two row repeat cobble stitch, I have used an Aran worsted weight yarn to make it in.

UK INSTRUCTIONS:
Made in rounds without turning to the end of the 7th Round.
Make a magic circle, Work 2ch, (RS) 12tr into the circle, pull loose thread to close circle, miss 2tch, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (12tr)
2nd Round – 2ch, 2tr into the stitch at the base of the 2ch, 2tr into each tr to end, miss 2tch, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (24tr)
3rd Round – 2ch, 2tr into stitch at the base of the 2ch, 1tr into next tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into next tr, * rpt from * to * to end, miss 2tch, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (36tr)
4th Round – 2ch, 2tr into stitch at the base of the 2ch, 1tr into each of next 2tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 2tr, * rpt from * to * to end, miss 2tch, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (48tr)
5th Round – 2ch, 2tr into stitch at the base of the 2ch, 1tr into each of next 3tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 3tr, * rpt from * to * to end, miss 2tch, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (60tr)

7th Round – 1ch, 1dc into stitch at the base of the 1ch, 1dc into each stitch to end, ss to first dc on beginning of round. Turn.
8th Round – 1ch, 1dc into stitch at the base of the 1ch, dtr into next dc, * 1dc into next dc, dtr into next dc, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to first dc on beginning of round. Turn.
Rpt 7th & 8th Rounds until 22 rounds have been worked in all or work measures 7 inches from crown. Turn.
23rd Round (Brim) – 1ch, 1dc into the stitch at the base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc and dtr to end, ss to first dc on beginning of round. Turn.
