Crochet Spider Stitch

Save this pattern for later!

The crochet spider stitch is a classic beautifully textured stitch that I have been using for many years and love the way it creates a pretty but not too lacy fabric feel, using just a chain and sc/dc stitches, it is easy and simple to do.

Perfect for scarves, wash/dishcloths or blankets.

This stitch always works up nicely and produces great results every time, as it is a dense stitch to give it more flexibility I would suggest you use a hook size that is 2 times bigger than your yarn suggests.
