    Right Side

ch.      Chain
dc.      Double Crochet
tr.       Treble Crochet
ss.      Slip Stitch
rpt.     Repeat
DNT.   Do Not Turn

Base of ch. Work into first stitch.

Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-

15 grams of Stylecraft Special DK yarn

4.00mm Clover Soft Touch Crochet Hook, 1 Elastic Hairband

Join yarn around elastic loop with a ss, make 1ch, work 60dc around loop, ss to first dc on beginning of round. Turn. (60dc)

2nd Row – 2ch, 2tr into base of 2ch, 2tr into dc to end, ss to first tr on beginning of round. DNT. (120tr)

3rd Row – 2ch, 2tr into base of 2ch, 1tr into next tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into next tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to first tr on beginning of round. (180tr)

Fasten off.

Finishing – Weave in trim off any loose ends of yarn.
