Free Crochet Pattern Flower Applique

Abbreviations
RS. Right Side
ch. Chain
dc. Double Crochet
trc. Treble Crochet
rpt. Repeat
sl st. Slip Stitch
tch. Turning Chain
ch3 counts as a dc
ch4 counts as a trc
Base of ch. Work in first stitch
Approx Finished Size: 4 Inch Diameter
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn
I have used approximately:-
Small amounts of Lion Brand Vanna’s Style Yarn in each of the colors

Made in rounds without turning.
With color 1 make a magic circle, ch3, (RS) 11dc in circle, pull loose thread to close, sl st to top of 3tch on beginning of row. Fasten off. (11dc + ch3)
Join in color 2 with a sl st to top of 3tch.
2nd Row – ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, 2dc in each dc to end, sl st to top of 3tch on beginning of row. Fasten off. (23dc + ch3)
Join in color 1 with a sl st to top of 3tch.
3rd Row – ch4, (2trc, ch4, sl st) in base of ch4, skip 1dc, * work (sl st, ch4, 2trc, ch4, sl st) in next dc, skip 1dc, * rpt from * to * to end, sl st to sl st on beginning of row. Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in and trim off any loose ends of yarn.
