Approx Finished Size: 12 Inches x 12 Inches
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-
60 grams of King Cole Cottonsoft DK yarn
5.50mm crochet hook

UK INSTRUCTIONS:
Made in multiples of any even number.
Make 40ch loosely, working into back bump only (see pic) work 1htr into 2nd ch from hook, 1htr into each ch to end. Turn. (39htr)
2nd Row – 1ch, 1htr into stitch at the base of the 1ch, 1htr into each htr to end. Turn.
Rpt 2nd Row until 29 rows have been worked in all.
Border – 1ch, 1dc into stitch at the base of the 1ch, 1dc into each htr to end, work (1dc, 1ch, 1dc) into corner, work 43dc evenly into row ends down first side of cloth, (1dc, 1ch, 1dc) into corner, 1dc into each ch along starting ch edge, (1dc, 1ch, 1dc) into corner, work 43dc evenly into row ends up second side of cloth, work 1dc into corner, make 1ch, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.
Starting with 1ch, and working (1dc, 1ch, 1dc) into each of the 1ch spaces, work 1dc into each dc to end, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in and trim off all loose ends.
