hdc. Half Double Crochet

Base of ch. Work in first stitch.
Approx Finished Size: 7.5 x 1.25 Inches
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used:-
Small amounts of King Cole Big Value Baby DK yarn in colors 1, 2 & 3
An equivalent yarn would be a light worsted #3
4.00mm Clover crochet hook, 1 decorative button

If you wish to make the bracelet larger it is made in multiples of 3.
With color 1 ch33 loosely, working in back bump (see pic) work 1sc in 2nd ch bump from hook, 1sc in each bump to end. Turn.
Fasten off. Join in color 2.
2nd Row – ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each sc to end. Turn.
Fasten off. Join in color 3.
3rd Row – ch1, 1hdc in base of ch1, 1hdc in next sc, * skip 1sc, ch1, 1hdc in each of next 2sc, * rpt from * to * to end ch8, sl st to top of last hdc worked. Turn.
Fasten off. Join in color 2.
4th Row – ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in next hdc, * working over the ch1, work 1dc in the sc on 2nd row, 1sc in each of next 2hdc, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn.
Fasten off. Join in color 1.
5th Row – Rpt 2nd Row.
Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in all loose ends of yarn and trim off.
