25 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 1
25 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 2
TENSION – 1 pattern repeat and 2 rows measures approx 1 Inch

With colour 1 make 100ch, making sure you do not twist the chain length, ss to first chain to form a ring.
1st Row – (RS) 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each ch to end, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn. (100dc)
2nd Row – 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, * make 5ch, miss 3dc, 1dc into next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 3dc, make 5ch, miss 3dc, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.
3rd Row – 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, * make 2ch, 1dc into 5ch space, make 2ch, tr2tog (see abbrev) into next dc, * rpt from * to * to last 5ch space, make 2ch, 1dc into 5ch space, make 2ch, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn.
4th Row – 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, * make 5ch, miss (2ch, dc and 2ch), 1dc into top of next tr2tog, * rpt from * to * to last (2ch, dc, 2ch and tr), make 5ch, miss (2ch, dc, 2ch and tr), ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.
