Approx Finished Size:   11 inch diameter

Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-

45 grams of King Cole Cottonsoft DK yarn

4.00mm Clover crochet hook

TENSION – 5.5tr & 2 rows measures approx 1 inch

Made in rounds without turning throughout.

Make a magic circle, (RS) work 3ch, 1tr into circle, make 1ch, work * 2tr, 1ch into circle, * rpt from * to * 6 more times, pull loose loop to close circle, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round. (8, 2tr groups)

2nd Round – ss to first 1ch space, work 3ch, 2tr into same space, make 1ch, work (3tr, 1ch) into each 1ch space to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

3rd Round – 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into next tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * miss 1ch, 2tr into next tr, 1tr into next tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

4th Round – 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each of next 3tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * miss 1ch, 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 3tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

5th Round – 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each of next 5tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * miss 1ch, 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 5tr, 2tr into next tr, make 1ch, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

6th Round – ss into next tr, 3ch, 1tr into each of next 6tr, make 2ch, miss 1tr, work 2tr into next 1ch space, * make 2ch, miss 1tr, 1tr into each of next 7tr, make 2ch, miss 1tr, work 2tr into next 1ch space, * rpt from * to * to end, make 2ch, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

10th Round – ss into first 2ch space, 4ch, 1tr into same space, work 1vst into each 2ch space to end, ss to 3rd of 4ch on beginning of round. (39 vst)

Your work will appear to be curling, but this will flatten out on the next row.

11th Round – ss to first 1ch space, (3ch, 1tr, 1ch, 2tr) into same space, work ss into space between next 2 vst, * 1 group into next 1ch space, ss into space between next 2 vst, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of round.

Fasten off.

Finishing – Weave in and trim off all loose ends of yarn.
