Free crochet baby blanket pattern, a new quick and easy pattern! Crocheted using a simple double crochet together stitch.

This pretty design was written for a baby girl who was born last month, Mom and little one doing just fine and happy with my gift, which I made in a light worsted #3 (double knitting for UK) yarn.

Hope you enjoy making it too.

Formats

UK crocheters and USA crafters can both enjoy this pattern as two easy formats have been used to write this free crochet baby blanket pattern.

Yarn

I have used Stylecraft Special DK #3 yarn in white for the sample of the baby blanket, but there are many, many more colors to choose from.

For great results for this free crochet baby blanket pattern it is always best to use the recommended yarn in the pattern materials section.

Hook Size Used

Pattern asks for a 4.50mm hook size, you can use sizes higher or lower to make the baby blanket bigger or smaller though if you want.
