tr. Treble crochet
tch. Turning Chain
BLO. Back Loop Only
Base of ch. Work in first stitch

Make a chain length in multiples of 6 + 3 loosely.
1st Row – Work 1tr into 4th chain from the hook, 1tr into each ch to end. Turn.
2nd Row – 3ch, 1tr into next tr, * miss 3tr, 1htr into next tr, work 3htr around the post of the htr just worked, * rpt from * to * to last 4tr and 3tch, miss 3tr, work 1tr into next tr, 1tr into top of 3ch. Turn.
3rd Row – Working into BLO make 3ch, 2tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each st to last tr and 3tch, work 2tr into next tr, 1tr into top of 3ch. Turn.
Rpt 2nd & 3rd Rows until required length.
