rpt.    Repeat

sc group.   (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in same space or stitch.

Base of ch. Work in first stitch

Make a chain length in multiples of 4 + 2.

1st Row – Work (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in 2nd ch from hook, * skip 1ch, 1sc in next ch, skip 1ch, (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in next ch, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn.

2nd Row – ch1, skip 1sc, 1sc in next ch2 space, * skip 1sc, work (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in next sc, skip 1sc, 1sc in next ch2 space, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn.

3rd Row – ch1, (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in base of 1ch, skip 1sc, * 1sc in next ch2 space, skip 1sc, work (1sc, ch2, 1sc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to end. Turn.

Rpt 2nd & 3rd Row until required length.
