Granny Chevron Stitch Free Crochet Tutorial – Today’s tutorial is for the chevron granny stitch, this tutorial combines the popular granny stitch and chevron stitch together to make a lovely design. This beautiful zig zag pattern is also known as ripple stitch and is ideal for many projects including blankets.

Make a chain length loosely in multiples of 18
First Row – 3tr into 5th ch from hook, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, * miss 2ch, work (3tr, 2ch, 3tr) into next ch, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, miss 5ch, 3tr into next ch, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, * rpt from * to * to last 10ch, miss 2ch, work (3tr, 2ch, 3tr) into next ch, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, 1tr into last ch. Turn.

Fasten off. Change color.
