ch. Chain
dc. Double Crochet
tr. Treble Crochet
rpt. Repeat
ss. Slip Stitch
tch. Turning Chain
yrh. Yarn Round Hook
tr2tog. Treble Crochet 2 Together
Leaving last loop of each tr on hook, work 2tr into same space or stitch, yrh and draw through all 3 loops.
clv. Cluster V-Stitch
(1tr2tog, 1ch, 1tr2tog) into same space or stitch
Base of ch. Work into first stitch
Approx Size: 37.5 length x 34.5 width
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-
250 grams of King Cole Baby Glitz DK in colour 1
200 grams of King Cole Baby Glitz DK in colour 2
100 grams of King Cole Baby Glitz DK in colour 3
4.50mm crochet hook
TENSION – 1.5 pattern rpts & 2 rows measures approx 1 inch

Made in multiples of 3 + 1.
With colour 1 make 145ch loosely, work clv (see abbrev) into 5th ch from hook, * miss 2ch, 1clv into next ch, * rpt * to * to last 2ch, miss 1ch, 1tr into last ch. Turn. (47clv)
Pattern Row – 3ch, 1clv into each 1ch space to end, 1tr into top of 3tch. Turn.
Rpt Pattern Row twice. Fasten off. Turn.
Rpt Pattern Row in colour sequence as follows:-
# Twice in colour 2, twice in colour 3, twice in colour 2, four times in colour 1. #
Rpt from # to # six more times or until 74 Pattern Rows have been worked in all from beginning. Turn.
Border – 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each cl and 1ch space across, 3dc into top of 3ch, Work 2dc into each row end down first side of blanket, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each ch along starting chain edge, 3dc into corner, work 2dc into each row end up second side of blanket, 1dc into corner, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn.
Join in colour 2, starting with 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, work 1dc into each dc to end, working 3dc into each of next 3 corners, then 1dc into last corner, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn.
3rd Row – Join in colour 1 make 3ch, work 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each dc to end, working 3tr into each of the next 3 corners, then 1tr into base of 3ch on last corner, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn.
Join in colour 3, starting with 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, work 1dc into each dc to end, working 3dc into each of next 3 corners, then 1dc into last corner, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off. Turn.
Finishing – Weave in and trim off loose ends of yarn.
