Crochet raised brick stitch is an easy and fast to crochet stitch for blankets, hats and many more projects, written with my simple instructions.
To create this lovely 3D design you will be using single crochet and double crochet stitches with a post stitch to make the raised look.
For the swatches I have used a 100% acrylic light worsted (double knitting for UK) yarn.

Best Yarn
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn in the pattern materials section.
I have used Stylecraft Special DK yarn in citron, grass green and astra for the crochet raised brick stitch, but there are many other colours to choose from in this brand.
Crochet Hook Size
I have used a 4.50mm crochet hook size for the samples of the raised brick stitch, but check the ball band of the yarn that you are using for the correct hook size for that ply.
