Sparkly Ridge Crochet Headband Pattern – Crocheted using a simple back loop single crochet stitch, I have made it with glitzy baby yarn which gives it a soft and shiny look and feel.

Base of ch. Work into first stitch.
Approx Size to fit: Adult
Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-
30 grams of King Cole Babyglitz yarn
4.00mm & 4.50mm Clover Soft Touch Crochet Hook
TENSION – 5dc & 5 rows measures approx 1 inch using 4.50mm hook.

With 4.50mm hook make 16ch, 1dc into 2nd ch from hook, 1dc into each ch to end. Turn. (15dc)
2nd Row – Working into BLO make 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end. Turn.
Rpt 2nd Row until you have worked 92 rows in all. Do not fasten off.
Fold your work in half length ways, so the two short sides line up, working through both sides of work, ss loosely across to close and make a round.
Turn your work so the ss seam is on the inside, with RS facing using 4.00mm hook work 2 rows of dc evenly into the row ends on the long sides of the headband. Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in and trim off all loose ends of yarn.
