Materials
For great results it is always best to use the recommended yarn, I have used approximately:-
40 grams of King Cole Cottonsoft DK in colour 1
25 grams of King Cole Cottonsoft DK in colour 2

With colour 1 make a magic circle, (RS) work 3ch, 13tr into circle, pull loose thread to close circle, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (13tr + 3ch)
2nd Row – (Inc Row) 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 2tr into each tr to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (27tr + 3ch)
3rd Row – (Inc Row) 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into next tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into next tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (41tr + 3ch)
4th Row – (Inc Row) 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each of next 2tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 2tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (55tr + 3ch)
5th Row – (Inc Row) 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, 1tr into each of next 3tr, * 2tr into next tr, 1tr into each of next 3tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (69tr + 3ch)
6th Row – 3ch, 1tr into each tr to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning row. Turn.
7th Row – Working into BLO rpt 6th Row once. Turn.
Work through both loops of stitch from now on.
First Pattern Row – 1ch, ss into base of 1ch, 1tr into next tr, * ss into next tr, 1tr into next tr, * rpt from * to * to end, ss to first ss on beginning of row. Turn.
Second Pattern Row – 3ch, 1tr into each st to end, ss to top of 3ch on beginning row. Turn.
Rpt First & Second Pattern Rows once. Fasten off. Turn.
Join in colour 2 and rpt First & Second Pattern Rows four times. Fasten off.
Join in colour 1 and rpt First & Second Pattern Rows twice.
Rpt 6th Row twice. Fasten off.
Chain Tie – With colour 2 make 101ch, ss into second ch from hook, ss into each ch to end. Fasten off.
Finishing – Weave in and trim off all loose ends of yarn, thread chain tie through alternate tr’s on second row from top, gather and tie.

7th Row – Working in BLO rpt 6th Row once. Turn.
